CYA Krik issues a call for 3 participants for a training course in Kolin, Czech Republic.
Aims of the project:
By implementing the project we want to:
1) capacitate youth workers in adjustment of their workshops according to groups abilities;
2) enhance knowledge on innovative tools in youth work, that can be applied to groups with different needs;
3) demonstrate efficiency of specific tools for education purposes
4) improve quality of such methods as simulation games and gamification when used in youthwork.
Participants will be picked up by private bus in Prague airport / city centre.
We will be accommodated in Hotel Theresia in Kolin, Czech republic.
Participants will be accommodated in rooms per 3 people with mixed nationalities. Towels and soap will by provided by the hotel. Within 500 meters from the hotel, there is a TESCO store, pharmacy and money exchange. Accommodation, 3 meals and 2 coffee breaks are provided.
Every involved organization will be asked to write (together with participants) an article about the project and present it on their websites: the activities we’ve had, impressions they’ve got and what impact they are expecting after. Within a month after the training course, every partner organization is expected to organize follow up workshops on the topic of the training, led by participants.

YOU CAN TAKE PART OF THE TRAINING COURSE IF YOU ARE:
-at least 18 years old
-being able to work in English language
-being present for the whole training
-interest in topics and methods mentioned in
-being an active youthworker / youth leader /
-trainer / teacher or looking to work with
-youth in the future.
-previous experience with using English as a
-working language is an advantage.
