Повик за учесници на чајанки

Центарот за младински активизам ЦМА Крик објавува повик за учесници на чајанки како дел од младинските програми кои се спроведуваат во три специјални училишта во Скопје.

Проектот „Средиште на младински банки за Западен Балкан и Турција“ трае четири години. Тој е поддржан од Европската Комисија, а ги вклучува организациите: Ана и Владе Дивац Фондација – Ana and Vlade Foundation(Србија), Прима Асоцијација – Prima Association (Црна Гора), Центар за промена и менаџмент на конфликт – Center for Change and Conflict Management (Албанија), Фондација за волонтирање – Community Volunteers Foundation, како и Маладиинфо Интеранционал (Македонија).

Целта на проектот е да се поттикнат младите луѓе да делуваат во нивната локална заедница и преку кампањи за застапување да се приближат и вклучат во процесот на донесување на одлуки на локално ниво.

Во рамки на овој проект, како регрантисти, ЦМА Крик го спроведува проектот „Youth Participation for ALL!“. Главната цел на проектот е да се придонесе кон создавање на силно, инклузивно и демократско општество во кое младите луѓе се целосно вклучени и помагаат во нивниот развој, развивајќи се себе си на лично и социјално ниво.

Во склоп на активностите предвидено е да се имплементираат 5 чајанки, кои ќе се имплементираат во периодот од Февруари до Март 2019, а на кои активно учество ќе земат 20 млади лица.

Чајанките ќе се бидат организирани од тим составен од младински работници. Овие чајанки ќе опфатат активности од едукативен и забавен карактер, а имаат за цел да ја зголемат социјалната инклузија на младите лица со попреченост, кои ќе имаат можност да поминат време со свои врсници од типичен развој.

Петте чајанки ќе бидат имлементирани во периодот од Февруари до Март 2019 година во пет Скопските кафулиња и тоа:

* Déjà vu (Во Трговскиот центар Капитол) 14.03.2019 четврток;

OBJECTIVES:

Be the change is a Youth Exchange project. With this project, we want to
address the need for an open mind, freedom of self- expression and respect
among people for equal rights, tolerance and social inclusion.
1. To involve directly 30 youngsters with fewer opportunities in the APV and in
the YE coming from 6 European countries and organizations which work
directly with diversity and inclusion.
2. To increase the competences of the 30 mobilities during the project.
3. To launch an online collaborative awareness campaign on social networks
for the LGTBQIA + woman + disability youth group between 15 and 30 years of
age during the exchange and beyond

What: European Voluntary Service

Where: Mersin, Turkey

Host organization: Third Eye Associaiton of Mediterranean (TEAM)

Akdeniz Üçüncü Göz Eğitim ve Gençlik Derneği (Third Eye Education and Youth Association of Mediterranean – TEAM) is situated in Kazanlı – Mersin – Turkey.

T.E.A.M. was founded in 2009 in order to protect the wild and natural life with the local community and youth in and around Mersin. We especially care alot with the Sea-Turtles (Caretta-Caretta and CheloniaMydas), which leave their eggs on the coast of Kazanlı-Mersin and are under the risk of extinction. We act as an EVS coordinating organisation in Mersin (sending and hosting volunteers), give training course to youths, build up awareness and European citizenship by volunteering. Our organization is promoting international and intercultural values, also youth initiatives and projects in the local community.

Voluntary criteria:

– Between 18-30 years-old;
– To communicate in English;
– Create and apply activities;
– Predisposition to teamwork;
– Participation in voluntary activities;
– Being open to learning and sharing

Role and Tasks of the volunteer(s):

-to clean the beaches in Mersin area where is the nesting area for the sea turtles (main activity)
-to reduce discrimination and raise voluntarism awareness in local community by performing a multinational project with environment
-to give a framework for personal development and intercultural learning-by working and living within a team of different EVS volunteers
-to give to the volunteer a chance of initiative, creativity, and taking responsibilities in a multinational team
-to offer an alternative way of life and non-formal education (“place of reflection, action and experimentation”)
-to experiment a large scale of “concrete ” activities in the field of our manual and social project to stimulate self-confidence, autonomy and give a chance for new positive experiences.
-to raise European awareness and active citizenship by putting solidarity in concrete actions
-to learn to live together with other volunteers in the same apartment, with respect and tolerance towards the others and responsibility and autonomy for the common duties (cleaning, cooking etc.)
-to get new personal skills (art, language, organisation etc…)

The volunteer will participate in projects and activities like going outside with the students and volunteers, assist the organization on various festivals and activities, participate in national festivals, presenting the organization, and the culture.

Food & Accommodation:

Host organization will provide food and simple accommodation for the volunteer. The food budget will be arranged according to number of volunteers in the project and TEAM will provide a market, grocery and butcher for the shopping, the volunteers are responsible to cook their meal 2 by 2 each weekdays for all.
If a Volunteer asks for  personal food budget individually He /She will receive 85 TL per week.
The volunteers will be accommodated in  flats. The flat is situated near the project area.There are 2 flats and each flat has 2 bedrooms, living room and all other facilities. Tere is internet, fridge, oven and kitchen tools, washing machines..etc in one of the flat.
The volunteer will share the common space and the bedroom  (4 people in 1 bedroom). Flats are mixed with the genders but the rooms are separated. The Volunteers must respect the flat rules, neighbours and neighbourhood.

Expected learning outcomes:

European Volunteer Service is based on the principals of non-formal education. This gives learning opportunities outside schools, universities, and other similar institutions.
Without doubts, the volunteer will learn a lot during your project, and sometimes about the things he/she could not even expect from the beginning. In order to make the volunteer’s learning as efficient as possible, he/she has to take the responsibility for it, and to put clear aims, about what he/she wishes to learn, and how to achieve it.
The volunteers will be supported in the following and evaluating their learning process that will result in a recognized at European level certificate Youthpass.

About the project:

AIMS:

Current situation in Europe with several still alive past conflicts among different ethnic groups, increasing nationalism and radicalism along with a global concern over the effects of climate change is alarming. In so unpredictable context new waves of hate and violence are possible. Therefore it is essential that each person is equipped with peace building skills, as well as understands himself or herself in midst of conflict and thus is able to act from the place of empathy and solidarity.
Main theme of this project is peace education as integral part of the peace building efforts. This project was designed to assist participants in developing empathetic and creative leadership skills for delivering peace education and empower them to become active peace builders in their communities.

WHY:

to enhance participants’ understanding of peace education through a holistic and experiential approach and to explore opportunities to integrate into peace education nature and place based learning approach and methods. One of the main problems with traditional peace building is the lack of holistic approach and many global peace initiatives are overly focused on the political levels of peace and conflict without considering the personal and interpersonal dimensions, where the patterns of violence also exist. However peace building is not only about responding to international conflicts, it is also about how we relate to ourselves and those around us.

HOW:

Main activity within this project is a training course for youth workers, non-formal learning facilitators, teachers, young peace builders and peer educators, which will happen in Aizpute, Latvia, from June 1st to 11th 2019. During the training course participants will learn principles of and different approaches to peace education, learn and co-create peace education methods, discover how to build peace within themselves, in and between various groups. Special emphasis will be put on environmental justice and exploring connections among climate change and new conflicts around the world. Training program includes analysis of conflicts and social and environmental injustice in participants’ communities and exploring and strengthening participants’ opportunities and capacities to help to transform these struggles. Using nature and place based education approach, most of the activities will be carried out in cooperation with local people, organisations and small producers from Aizpute, creating together with them, engaging them, also supporting them in their own work and building up training methods and exercises on opportunities and resources that this place offers – landscape, nature, cultural heritage, experience, skills and crafts of local people.

The costs for food, accommodation, training materials are covered by the Erasmus+: Youth Programme. The travel costs to the venue are being reimbursed maximum till 275 EUR. Taxi and first class tickets will not be reimbursed.Please, note, that in case of failing to organise a follow-up event your travel reimbursement will be reduced for around 30 percent and this sum will be invested in organising peace education workshops in Latvia. Stay in Latvia outside the official program of the course is at your own expense. Note: Selected participants should look for tickets to airports in Riga or Liepaja.

Центар за младински активизам Цма Крик спроведува младинска програма за лица со попреченост и лица со типичен развој. Младинската програма е составена од 10 работилници кои се одвиваат еднаш неделно во период февруари-мај 2019 во училиштата ”Партенија Зографски”, ”Завод за рехабилитација на деца и младинци” во Топанско поле” и ”Св. Наум Охридски”.

Една работилница трае 1 час и 30 мин. Младинските програми се наменети за млади лица.

Тема: Инклузија на лица со попреченост со нивните врсници преку учество во заеднички активности. Работилниците ќе опфатат теми како сексуално образование, менаџирање на буџет и занаетчиство.

Работилниците се реализираат во просториите на училиштата во Скопје и во природа.

Работилниците се одвиваат во период од февруари до мај.

What: meeting “Generation Europe: young policy makers”

Cultura Democratica is a social promotion association, composed exclusively by
youth, operating in Italy since 2009. Our activities are focused on events,
workshops, thematic seminars, studies and research promoting dialogue between
youth and Italian and European decision makers.

About the project:

SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES:

“Generation Europe: young policy makers” involves 12 international organizations and 60
participants, 48 young people and 12 decision makers/experts, who will meet during 2 days of
meetings in Rome through 10 thematic tables to produce 10 legislative proposals on:
1. European Union
2. Education
3. Terrorism
4. Cyber security
5. Sports
6. Culture
7. Lobbying and political communication
8. Economic Development
9. Environment and Ecology
10. Erasmus Plus and young
– “Generation Europe: young policy makers” aims to introduce and develop “young European
decision makers” who participate pro-actively in democratic life as stakeholders and
representatives of youth policies. During the project “young future European decision makers”
will have the opportunity to express themselves and propose European legislative initiatives to
improve their skills, attitudes and transversal competences. The project aims also to create
moments of aggregation and decision making places to encourage legislative innovation among
youth policies, as they are able to increase, improve and update the legislation through a better
regulation on youth issues.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

– 30% of participants within 12 months from the end of the project will be actively engage in the democratic and social life of their country, through social promotion associations, non-profit or non-profit associations, other associations, voluntary work, party registration, membership in committees students, membership in trade unions.
– 25% of participants within 12 months of the end of the project will take part in other Erasmus Plus initiatives or actively collaborate with the partner organizations involved.
– 80% of the participants will regularly vote in elections to the European Parliament, exercising European citizenship and demonstrating European civic sense.
– 10% of participants within 12 months of the end of the project will promote a local event or an activity for the dissemination of their own proposal, and they will continue to conduct actions for the promotion and support of the proposed law.
– 45% of participants within 6 months, will insert a positive self-assessment in their CVs with respect to English speaking and writing skills, and also will also attach or insert their Youth Pass in their professional presentation.

PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS: 

-The Generation EU project will involve 60 participants from the countries of the organizations partner. Each partner will select 5 participants, each of whom will choose 4 motivated young people interested in the themes of the
project and a decision maker/expert is active in the promotion of youth policies at European or national level.
– A decision maker/expert characteristics:
local/regional administrators, local/regional officials, political communication experts, experts in political science, experts in the rule of law, experts in European policies, experts on the functioning, European
officials who hold positions of public utility, experts in economic policies, European experts, international relations experts, experts in the fields of education, sport, culture and finally, experts in cultural mediation.

CIVIL SOCIETY SUPPORTER ASSOCIATION – SİTODED was founded in 2006. Many social
activities are being implemented such as: youth, women, obstacles, sports, environment, culture –
tourism.
SITODED was participated in volunteer management activities within the scope of 25th.
2011 Winter Universiade Games.
SITODED has accredited as sending, hosting and coordinating organization.

Working Areas:

– University students studying at Erzurum Technical University;
– Children from all age groups in children’s shelters;
– Youngs from all age groups within youth centers.

Voluntary criteria:

– Between 18-30 years-old;
– With different competences and interests (event management, youth activities, multimedia, etc.).
– To communicate in English;
– To have knowledge of project preparation and application at least at basic level;
– Communicate with disadvantaged groups;

Where?

Erzurum is the biggest city of northeast of Turkey. The population of the city is 767.848.
In our city has a two public university which are called as Atatürk University and Erzurum
Technical University. We have totally 160.000 students are studying in these universities.
Erzurum is a youth and sport city.
25.th 2011 World Universiade Winter Games were organized in Erzurum.
European Youth Olympic Festival 2017 (EYOF) were organized between 11th and 18th February
in Erzurum.
